By using our website and booking stays, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our offers.

2. Service Description and Booking

We arrange and enable relaxing breaks in a quiet environment. Please refer to the respective offer pages for the exact services, prices, and availability.

A binding booking is only concluded upon our written confirmation by email. For booking inquiries via the contact form, you will receive an automatic acknowledgment of receipt, which does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

• Offers are non-binding and may be changed until confirmation.
• Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
• For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of 25% of the total price.

3. User Rights and Obligations

As a user, you undertake to provide all information truthfully and to treat the accommodation and its surroundings with care.

It is prohibited to use the premises commercially, cause noise disturbances, or violate legal regulations. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to terminate the stay prematurely without refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage.

Liability for slight negligence in the breach of non-essential contractual obligations is excluded. The foregoing limitations of liability also apply to our legal representatives and vicarious agents.

5. Data Protection and Communication

6. Changes and Termination

The contractual relationship can be terminated by either party at any time without stating reasons. Services already provided will be billed proportionally; advance payments will be refunded insofar as no services have been rendered.

7. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is, to the extent legally permissible, our business headquarters.

Should a provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a valid regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose shall apply.
